1. We have a product list available 24/7 to link and review.
2. We have a MOQ of $500.00 per a order.
3. You are setting up an account to buy products and ship. The following actions will be reduce from your account: Returns, cancel, or restocking are subject to a 25% fee & 50% fee for grocery items to be restocking fee. (refunds are sent via US Postal via bank check to address on file ONLY.
4. Customer will generate shipping labels from your FBA account and send to us to ship your goods to online warehouse.
5. Shipping damage. The customer needs to follow up with the UPS or Freight Company to file a claim. Baja Distributor is not responsible for damage goods during shipment.
6. Once order has been shipped and received to delivery address customer provided. Customer has 5 business days to review delivery and communicate if there is a with shipment. After the 5 day, the order will be closed.
7. Hours Open for Business – Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm PST in USA & take off all national holidays (understand our hours of operation if outside the USA).
8. If customer has a credit on account. Credit will be applied to next order.
9. Placing an order guidelines. Baja will hold the inventory and the same price for 5 business days for the invoice we have generated for you today. After the 5th day we will release inventory to other customers and void your invoice. Please make payment and email us a copy of payment with the date the payment was made.
